The prices in this catalog are FOB Santa Monica to customers
located in the U. S. For current pricing throughout the year,
please refer to our website. If you are from outside the USA,
please contact us for the location of a distributor in your
country. The purchase of visual material is a license to perform
the work. All programs are sold on the express provision that
the program will not be reproduced in whole or in part, that
it will not be
broadcast or re-transmitted in whole or in part. Non-theatrical
public performance rights of these programs are included.
K-12 site licenses:
Single-site license programs are sold at a reduced price to
an “end-user” on the express provision that they
will be exhibited solely at a single specified location (site)
for the life of the tape. Such licenses may not be transferred
without written consent. The location (site) being licensed
to use the program, the end-user, is identified on our invoice
as the “ship-to” address, or is disclosed to us
by the purchaser at the time of sale where the purchaser is
not the end-user. Our invoices identify the license
as a “Sale-site-License”.
Institutional Use License
Allows our programs to be loaned freely by the purchaser among
directly affiliated organizations either under the control
of the purchaser or which form part of the purchaser’s
normal day-to-day operations, and where such operations are
known to, or disclosed to us, at the time the purchase was
made.
Individual or Home Use License:
If you are a Public Library and lend-for-home use only or
intend to use these programs for personal home use, call for
Site-Licensing pricing.
To Purchase
• All videocassettes in this catalog are available in
1/2” VHS NTSC standard format. For other formats please
call our Santa Monica office for pricing and availability.
• The pricing for programs in this catalog includes public
performance rights.
• New customers, please use an authorized purchase order
or include prepayment in full, including shipping and appropriate
sales tax.
• Net 30 day term is available for approved customers
only.
All others must prepay their orders.
Preview Policy
• Pyramid ships sales quality tapes for preview, which
can be retained for purchase.
• Most programs in this catalog are available for free
preview for purchase consideration to qualified customers.
Titles selling for $79.00 and under are not available for
free preview.
• Standard preview period is (2) weeks.
• If preview copies are not retained for purchase, customers
are responsible for return shipping charges via UPS, or insured
or
registered mail. Programs not returned by the preview due
date are subject to invoicing at full list price.
U.S. Shipping & Handling/Tax
All orders are shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise
specified. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Faster delivery
is available; please call for shipping quote.
• Please include the following shipping and handling
on all orders. California residents, please include the appropriate
local sales tax.
Regular: $8.00* 2-3 weeks for delivery
Express: $16.00* Second-Day-Air
*Add $2.00 for each additional title in shipment.
• All items are shipped insured via UPS. Shipping and
handling charges will be prepaid and added to your invoice.
No C.O.D.s please.
• If you have a rush order, call for express shipping
charges before you place your order. There is a $10.00 surcharge
for same day shipments.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or your money will be completely
refunded. Return video in saleable condition within 30 days.
Once the product is received and inspected a credit will be
issued for the sale amount on your invoice (exclusive of S&H).
Any refunds if applicable will be mailed within 30 days of
the return. For all sales returns please call customer service
to receive a return authorization number. Returns beyond 30
days are subject to a restocking fee and require a return
authorization, otherwise your account will not be credited.

All video, laser videodiscs, and computer software are protected
by international copyright law. No film or cassette may be
used for commercial purposes, altered, videotaped, or duplicated
in any way without prior written agreement with Pyramid.
